On October 31th, 2004, There was a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting ceremony for Café Beignet in Scranton,PA. Chris Doherty, Mayor of Scranton, cut the ribbon along with MiSSC founder Dan Lucas. Since it was Halloween, Café Beignet mascot "Mr. Beignet" chose to accent his chef outfit with a scary mask. Click on each picture for a full sized version.
